    PineApp offers three unique comprehensive appliance solutions for small, medium and large organizations;

    Mail-SeCure - an email perimeter security appliance that protects all sized organizations from both targeted and non-targeted email-related threats.

    Mail-SeCure is available in four series:

    Inappropriate Content Control solution (ICC) - PineApp announces its new Inappropriate Content Control solution (ICC) incorporated in its Mail-SeCure and Surf-SeCure systems.
    As part of PineApp's efforts to protect organizations from inappropriate content, PineApp incorporates its Next-Gen ICC package in its leading Mail-SeCure and Surf-SeCure appliances..

    The ICC package includes two modules: IWF and Image SeCure.

    The new IWF-Compliance feature offers greater email compliance by tagging messages that refer to child abuse image sites (i.e. child pornography sites). PineApp has integrated the URL list provided by the Internet Watch Foundation (www.iwf.org.uk) into the PineApp Anti-Spam services. As a result, PineApp can provide its customers with a new anti-child abuse feature.

    The Image SeCure module identifies inappropriate or pornographic images in digital data transmission and other multimedia files such as videos, PowerPoint files, etc. The system can either block or quarantine the suspicious mail and notify the sender, recipient and administrator.

    SeKure-IT, local distributors of specialist IT security solutions has announced that an exclusive agreement has been signed with n-Trance Security Ltd of Israel, leaders in biometric security solutions, for the distribution of their range of Personal Security products in Southern Africa.
    n-Trance specializes in enabling mobile users to have their “Digital World” of applications and data available at all times in a biometrically protected pocket-sized device.


    One of the first products to be introduced onto the local market will be n-Tegrity, a complete Personal Data Manager or PC on a stick. In addition to fingerprint scanning, n-Tegrity includes data encryption, encrypted email exchange, data and password management, and a set of portable applications that are launched from the device. The fingerprint scanner can also be used to lock and unlock a PC as well as a method to log into networks. The web authentication solution limits access to systems and/or data without the Personalized fingerprint authentication. Other options include the ability to permanently delete data, leaving absolutely no trace whatsoever, as well as a host of other diverse applications.


    The Personal Data Manager is a convenient, secure and portable method of storing and managing sensitive data.
